What you may sell, what is prohibited, and how we enforce marketplace rules.
This policy keeps the Klavio marketplace safe for buyers and creators. All users must follow these rules in addition to the Terms of Service.
Digital products you have the right to sell: templates, courses, creative assets, software tools, memberships, and similar deliverables with clear descriptions.
Listings must accurately describe what the buyer receives, including file formats, access duration, and support level.
Illegal goods, services, or instructions; stolen, leaked, pirated, or unauthorized content; copyright and trademark infringement; counterfeit goods or credentials.
Malware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, hacking abuse, scam products, fraudulent offers, fake income guarantees, misleading financial or investment claims, or payment processor prohibited activity.
Illegal, unsafe, or unsupported medical claims; hate, extremist, abusive, violent, or harassing content; sexual content involving minors or non-consensual imagery (zero tolerance).
Doxxing, unauthorized personal data sales, scraped lead databases without rights, academic cheating, exam fraud, fake qualifications, review manipulation, fake purchases, off-platform payment steering, and fee or payout hold evasion.
Any content Klavio reasonably deems unlawful, harmful, misleading, high-risk, or damaging to marketplace trust.
Klavio may reject, remove, hide, or limit listings and features; suspend, ban, or terminate accounts; and withhold, delay, reverse, or offset payouts connected to violating activity.
Moderators and admins may act when they reasonably believe a listing or account breaches rules or creates legal, fraud, payment, or trust risk, even if a scenario is not expressly listed.
Severe violations can result in permanent bans and reporting to payment processors or authorities where required.
