Fees Policy

Klavio charges a platform fee of 3% + 25p per paid transaction unless a promotion or a published pricing page says otherwise.

Free products do not incur the Klavio platform fee.

Any buyer service or protection fee is disabled unless clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

Payment processing fees are charged separately at cost to cover Stripe and payment network charges.

Processing costs can vary by card brand, payment method, country, currency, disputes, chargebacks, cross-border activity, and conversion fees.

Seller payout is calculated from gross sale amount minus Klavio platform fee, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, tax or withholding amounts where applicable, negative balances, reserves, and other amounts owed.

Dashboard payout figures are estimates until funds are finally released and settled.

Eligible first 30 sellers may receive 0% Klavio platform fees until their first £100 of gross paid sales.

Payment processing fees still apply during the promotion.

After the promo cap is reached, normal platform fees apply. Klavio may change or end promotions for future users, while honoring already-claimed terms as displayed unless abuse, fraud, or policy violations occur.

If enabled and shown in product settings or pricing pages, the first 5 published products are included and additional published products may require £2.99 per product per month.
