This Privacy Policy explains how Klavio collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, marketplace, checkout, and creator tools.

Klavio uses NextAuth and application databases for account and product operations. Stripe handles payment and payout onboarding data that it collects directly under Stripe’s own privacy terms.

Account data: email, name, profile details, and authentication identifiers from email magic links or OAuth providers you choose.

Creator data: storefront and profile information, product listings, uploaded product files, pricing settings, and connected payout status details.

Buyer data: order history, access state, receipts, support messages, and purchase-linked email identifiers.

Operational and security data: device/browser details, IP address, authentication logs, anti-abuse signals, and event logs used for account security and service integrity.

Communication data: support emails, feedback, and account notifications.

We use information to provide and secure the Service, process purchases and payouts, deliver digital access, prevent fraud and abuse, handle disputes and refunds, and comply with legal and payment network requirements.

We use contact details for transactional communications such as receipts, access updates, account security notices, and support responses.

If you opt in, we may send product news and marketing updates that you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

With service providers for infrastructure, email, authentication, security operations, and payment processing.

With Stripe for checkout, payment processing, payout onboarding, disputes, and fraud controls.

With creators when you purchase their products—limited to what is needed to fulfill the order.

When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, security controls, and account preferences. Optional analytics cookies are used only where enabled.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for transaction records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting obligations, chargeback handling, and dispute resolution.

Deletion requests are handled subject to records we must keep for security, legal, payment, and compliance purposes.

Buyers must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and platform rules.

Sellers must be at least 18 years old to publish paid products and receive payouts.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, using safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We will post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be emailed to account holders.

We may send product updates and promotional email if you opt in. You can unsubscribe using the link in each message or by contacting privacy@klavio.market.

Transactional messages about purchases, payouts, and security are not marketing and may be sent as needed to operate your account.
